About Mereana

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the accounting and financial services sector, I bring a deep, practical understanding of business finance.

Having acquired national & internationally recognized qualifications in NZ and Australia, I specialize in accounting, business and financial operations.

My background & expertise reflects an exceptional-level of proficiency, developed through both formal education and decades of real-world practices—supporting businesses across a wide range of industries with strategic, compliant, and growth-focused solutions.

In 2014, I founded a residential & commercial cleaning business called TCC- The Cleanin' Crew, based in Melbourne, Australia. I sold TCC in 2019 after returning home to care for my unwell mother.

In 2020, covid19 hit the world and in 2021 my virtual office support business was birthed, offering services such as general administration, bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and office management before changing my trading name in 2023 to Biz Financialz, with a deep intention of providing specialized services in business financials.

About Jaydiaz

Jaydiaz Rewha is a driven and accomplished young professional with a strong foundation in academic and practical achievement. She graduated from high school with excellence, successfully completing NCEA Levels 1, 2, and 3 with high performance across her subjects.

Following school, Jaydiaz entered the workforce full-time, beginning her career at Foot Locker and gaining valuable customer service and retail experience. She continued to broaden her skills through various roles, developing resilience, adaptability, and a solid work ethic.

Her dedication to growth and learning led her to pursue tertiary education at the University of Waikato, where she completed the necessary prerequisites for business studies. Her academic performance earned her acceptance into both the Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) and Bachelor of Business (BBus) degree programmes, where she is majoring in Accounting and Business.

Jaydiaz’s journey reflects her commitment to excellence, her passion for business, and her ambition to make a meaningful impact in the accounting and finance field.
